3. Preparación de masas para panes, pizzas, tortas entre otras; carnes blancas y rojas, salsas y aderezos.
4. Preparación de los alimentos de acuerdo a las recetas y decoración final de los platillos.
5. Realiza el control y chequeo de salida de mercancía, producción, merma así como el pesaje de los artículos recibidos.
